Architectural assistant(s) needed immediately

Office for Architectural Culture (OAC), a London-based architectural firm, is looking for bright architectural assistant(s) on a contract basis, for international architectural and interior projects. Hourly rate £12 - £16. Please contact us if you meet the following criteria:

Level of experience: Part II or main grade
Experienced in either large-scale mixed use projects or small/medium residential projects (please note which you’re experienced in when contact). Familiar with drawing standards from concept to construction documentation.
Computer skill: Autocad, Rhino, 3d (max), photoshop, In-design. Need to be fluent, efficient and quick as the projects pace is extremely fast.
Language skill: English. We are also looking for someone who also speaks/reads/types Chinese.
Equipment preferred: computer with Autocad, Rhino, 3D Max, photoshop, In-design preferably.
