Around Annapurna trek heads around the whole Annapurna circuit, enjoying three major mountains The Annapurna, Dhaulagiri and Manasalu Himal above 8,000m. Visit the Tibet-like country on the northern slopes of the Himalaya and the impressive Kali Gandaki Gorge. There is one Pass named Thorong La 5416m in boundary for Manang and Mustang. The pass is not difficult, but this is still a long trek at high elevation.
Around Annapurna trek begins with a drive to Besisahar or Bhulbhule, ascending along the Marsyangdi river valley. We exceed below snow-capped Annapurna II, III and IV and a range of 6,000m peaks widening north to Tibet. Crossing Thorung La pass to attain the holy shrine of Muktinath then slide down into the potent Kali Gandaki Valley. Trek through a magnificent rhododendron forest on the Gorepani Poonhill ridge and the charming Gurung villages Ghandruk at the end of the trek.
